Dianwoba, a meal and grocery delivery service founded in 2009, announces Series C funding from Koubei, the local services company jointly established earlier this year by Alibaba Group and its finance affiliate Ant Financial.

The new funding will be used to expand its logistics network. The startup received Series A funding from Gobi Partners in 2012 and Series B from SAIF Partners and Telescope in 2014.

Online real estate service provider SouFun (NYSE:SFUN) announces US$700 million investment from the management and two outside investors.

Online travel service Tuniu has obtained a license to sell mutual funds. It has built an online platform selling offerings from third-party financial institutions. (Chinese article by Sina Tech)
