Alibaba Group publishes 2015 Annual Report.


Alibaba-backed Meituan and Tencent-backed Dianping, the two largest group-buying and local lifestyle services, announce to merge.


Uber registers in Shanghai Free-trade Zone with registration capital of RMB2.1 billion (US$330M), saying to invest RMB6.3 billion (US$990M) in its China operations.

Tianhong Assent Management developed and manages Yu’ebao, the hugely successful money market fund designed for Alipay users.
