WeChat Enterprise Account platform, launched in September 2014, has had some 600,000 registered enterprises, covering some 10 million users.

Daily active users are 2 million. An average of 12 million messages are sent via the system daily in the past November. (via WeChat)

The private car ordering service of Didi has had more than 5 million registered drivers from 259 cities since its launch 15 months ago.

Average daily orders are about 4 million, with more than one-fourth generated from Beijing.

The company claims that the private car service has broken even in more than 100 cities. (via Sina Tech)

KBank, the online banking and financial services company jointly initiated by Alibaba’s Ant Financial Services Group, Korea Telecom and another 18 shareholders, has got approved by South Korean authorities. (via National Business Daily)

DianDian Interactive Holding, the game developer focused on markets outside of China, has been acquired by Zhejiang Century Huatong Automotive Part Co., Ltd. (aka. ShiJiHuaTong) for RMB6.9 billion (roughly US$1.1bn) from FunPlus Group.

ShiJiHuaTong has also acquired China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group for US$6.5 billion (roughly US$1bn).
